Beijing Create, Zhengzhou: Cutting, Stacking and Core Logistics
SREE supplied two SRHJ400-224G cut-to-length lines, an SRDZ-2200 stacking machine and core storage and transport systems for Beijing Create’s Zhengzhou factory.
Customer and project
Beijing Create’s Zhengzhou factory in Henan, China manufactures power distribution equipment. SREE’s scope in this project was the core manufacturing system: cutting laminations, stacking cores, and handling materials between production and storage.
Equipment supplied
The project equipment list identifies two SRHJ400-224G cut-to-length lines and one SRDZ-2200 automatic stacking machine. The storage scope includes a strip-coil warehouse and a core-log warehouse. The logistics system covers coil loading, coil transport, and RGV transport for core logs and assembled cores.
Why the interfaces matter
This configuration brings cutting, stacking and material handling into the same project scope. In planning a comparable workshop, the interfaces deserve as much attention as the individual machines: how coils reach the cutting lines, how cut material reaches stacking, and how core logs and finished cores move to storage.
