Silicon Steel Slitting Line
Coils into strips under controlled tension: servo blade-width adjustment, up to 11 knife pairs cutting 10 strips in one pass, tension-controlled rewinding that keeps thin gauge flat.
Why this machine holds tolerance
Spindle at HRC 50-59 with hard chrome plating over 0.1 mm; axial runout under 0.005 mm, radial under 0.01 mm – the geometry behind clean strip edges.
Knife positions set by servo, not by hand – changeovers are minutes, and repeatable to the same width every time.
500 kg rewind tension, adjustable to coil tightness – thin 0.18 mm strip comes off flat and telescope-free.
Coil cars, decoiler, slitter, tensioner and rewinder work as one programmed line – one operator runs it.
