Coil requirements across all models: width tolerance ±0.1 mm · burr ≤0.02 mm · camber ≤0.15–0.2 mm/2m. Formal model codes and item-by-item configuration are fixed in the technical agreement. Installed capacity varies with the exact station configuration of each reference build.

Line speed, and what it means for your shift output
Peak speed is a machine rating, not a shift figure. Real output follows this chain: rated feeding speed, minus cutting stops for each punch and V-notch, minus coil and job changeover, times shift utilisation. Short laminations with four punches per sheet run far below peak; long yoke sheets run close to it. Our engineers calculate the sheets-per-minute and cores-per-shift figure for your own lamination drawing before quoting – and that calculated figure, not the peak speed, is what goes into the technical agreement and the FAT.
Peak 240 m/min figures come from SRHJ300-24 and SRHJ400-24B class technical files; 210 m/min with a recommended working speed of 120-180 m/min is the common configuration. Formal speed for your project is fixed in the technical agreement.
