Huali’s Uzbekistan Project: Two Cutting Lines and a Slitting Line
SREE supplied SRHJ200-223G and SRHJ300-223G cut-to-length lines and an SRZJ-1250B slitting line for Huali’s transformer manufacturing project in Uzbekistan.
Customer and project
The project site in Uzbekistan is operated by Angren Energy Co., Ltd., a joint venture involving Huali Technology and Uzbekistan’s regional power grid company. The customer manufactures 10 kV–35 kV distribution transformers. SREE’s supply scope was three machines for transformer core manufacturing.
Equipment supplied
The project equipment list identifies one SRHJ200-223G cut-to-length line, one SRHJ300-223G cut-to-length line and one SRZJ-1250B slitting line. The two cutting-line models and the slitting-line model are the concrete equipment references for this project.
From coils to core laminations
Slitting prepares strip widths from the incoming coil; cut-to-length processing produces the laminations for core assembly. For a comparable project, coil specifications, strip widths and the required lamination geometry should be considered together when selecting the slitting and cutting equipment.
