Cut-and-Stack Combined Line
One machine that shears, punches, pre-stacks and lays the core. Unwinding, servo feeding, hole and V-notch punching, pin-positioned pre-stacking and dual-robot lamination run as a single flow – two cores built at the same time, in full frame or E+I shape.

Why one machine instead of two
No intermediate handling between the cutting line and the stacking bay: laminations go from the shear straight into the pre-stack and onto the core.
Because stacking happens in line, the machine does not need the symmetric double V-notch that a separate automatic stacker requires – a real cost saving on the punching section.
Dual-robot lamination builds two CRGO cores simultaneously, in full frame or E+I shape.
Laminations are located by pins before the robot picks them, which is what holds the joint gap once the core is assembled.
