Why stacking is worth automating
Pick-and-place carriages ride linear motors – no racks to wear, top speed 3 m/s, and positioning that stays accurate over years.
Servo alignment stations position centre limbs, side limbs and yokes; automatic angle correction keeps step-lap joints tight – lower loss and noise in the finished core.
Around 5,000 sheets per core: one line replaces a stacking crew, with load-in and load-out under 20 minutes per core.
