The 1V·1-hole starter

Limbs and yokes mixed on one machine — many plants’ first line, and a proven export model.

No downgrade in electrics

Same PLC and servo brands and series as the high-speed line. What the standard line saves is moving stations — not electrics.

Same accuracy system

Burr ≤0.02 mm, length ±0.2 mm/2m — one standard across both series, fixed in the technical agreement.

2V·1-hole centre-limb machine runs beside the main line; all five limb stacks ready together.

Coil requirements across all models: width tolerance ±0.1 mm · burr ≤0.02 mm · camber ≤0.2 mm/2m. Knives good for 1,000,000+ cuts per grind. Formal model codes and item-by-item configuration are fixed in the technical agreement. Installed capacity varies with the exact station configuration of each reference build.
