When you submit an inquiry or use the line selector, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the technical requirements you describe (lamination sizes, volumes, line configuration). Our web server keeps standard access logs. We use Google Analytics 4 with cookies to understand aggregate site usage.

3. Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare configuration proposals and quotations, follow up on projects, and improve the website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it is processed

The website is hosted in Hong Kong. Inquiry data is handled by our sales team in China. Google Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Inquiry and project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and statutory record-keeping, then deleted.
