Project Introduction

The Beijing Create Zhengzhou Airport Production Base primarily manufactures a variety of products, including distribution transformers, pole-mounted switches, and combined transformers. Zhengzhou Create Airport has constructed a high-end power distribution transformer core manufacturing intelligent workshop, which was recognized as a provincial-level intelligent workshop in Henan Province in 2021. This workshop mainly comprises an automated production line for intelligent pole-mounted circuit breaker assembly, an automated production line for high-end distribution transformer equipment, and a smart data center.

The intelligent workshop utilizes intelligent manufacturing support software, core technology equipment, industrial internet and information security systems and equipment. It conducts digital modeling, simulation, and optimization of the overall workshop design, process flow, and layout; constructs an interconnected communication network for workshop equipment; and applies industrial cloud and industrial big data platforms to achieve automated data collection, integration, and visualization of on-site data and production management software; efficient collaboration and integration of the product life cycle management system and enterprise resource planning system; information and data resource interaction and sharing; intelligent decision support for business management; and exploration and application of artificial intelligence.
